Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon stevia powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and place into a jar on the breakfast table.
  2. Add mixture to yogurt, a fruit smoothie or porridge for protein and fibre-packed breakfasts all week long. Make sure to consume within one month.
