- Combine all ingredients in pan
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes until a thick stew consistency.
- Pour into loaf pan and place in refrigerator over night.
- Remove from pan, slice into about 1/2 in wide slices.
- coat in flour, Place in cast iron skillet over medium heat
- cook for about 15 minutes on each side
