Ingredients

  • cranberry sauce
  • corn muffin batter
  • sausage
  • orange juice

Instructions

  1. Lightly brown sausage links and arrange in deep dish pie pan or casserole - like spokes in a wheel.
  2. Mix orange juice and cranberry sauce.
  3. Pour over sausages.
  4. Mix corn muffin batter according to package directions.
  5. Pour batter over cranberry layer.
  6. Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes until cornbread looks done.
