Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped capers
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine crab, sour cream, capers, lemon juice, mayonnaise and onion powder.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, to let flavors blend.
  3. Serve with crackers or veggies.
