Cascade Berry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 full quart cascade berries
  • 1/3 C flour
  • 2 C sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil cascade berries, flour and sugar together until thick using a heavy bottomed pot.
  2. Place berry mixture in pie tin lined with bottom crust.
  3. Top with 2nd pie crust and pierce with a fork in several places to vent steam while cooking.
