Cheese Puff Potatoes

Instructions
- Boil potatoes in jackets 20 minutes.
- Remove from water and bake until soft.
- Split, scrape out carefully and cream with butter, hot milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Replace in shells and cover with grated cheese.
- Place in hot oven until cheese melts slightly.
- Serve hot.
