Ingredients

  • 2 lb. baking potatoes (about 6), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Return potatoes to pan; mash to desired consistency.
  4. Add VELVEETA and salsa; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
  5. or until heated through.
