Chicken and Tomato Tacos

- Cut chicken breast into 1/2 in chuncks.
- In a skillet, cook chicken until it is cooked through.
- When the chicken is done add the can of tomatos with the juice.
- (the juice will replace the water that the taco seasoning packet usally calls for.
- ).
- Next stir in the taco seasoning and allow this to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- To build the taco, layer cheese, chicken and tomatoes, and lettuce inside the taco shell.
- Finish with whatever topping you like !
