Chicken and Tomato Tacos

Ingredients

  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into 1/2 in chuncks.
  2. In a skillet, cook chicken until it is cooked through.
  3. When the chicken is done add the can of tomatos with the juice.
  4. (the juice will replace the water that the taco seasoning packet usally calls for.
  5. ).
  6. Next stir in the taco seasoning and allow this to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. To build the taco, layer cheese, chicken and tomatoes, and lettuce inside the taco shell.
  8. Finish with whatever topping you like !
