Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tin (2 ounce.) flat anchovies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper

Instructions

  1. Dressing: Whisk all ingredients in bowl till smooth.
  2. Salad: Combine lettuce, chicken, bagel chips and cheese in large bowl and toss with dressing.
  3. Arrange on platter and garnish with tomatoes.
  4. Makes 6 servings: each serving: 455 calories.
