Instructions
- Boil chicken in pot of water until done.
- Brown sausage in pan.
- Debone chicken.
- Place 2 cups rice in big pot; add 4 cups chicken broth from pot that chicken was boiled in.
- Add chicken, sausage, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil, then cut down on low and let rice cook until done.
