Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar mushroom caps
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Lay chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
