Chicken With Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 (19 oz.) can chunky chicken vegetable soup
  • 1 c. chopped, cooked chicken or 1 (5 oz.) can chunk-style chicken
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine soup, chicken and cheese.
  2. Cook over medium heat until cheese melts and mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.
  3. To serve, spoon chicken mixture into 3 bowls.
  4. Top with biscuits.
  5. Makes 3 servings.
