Ingredients

  • 1 pint low-fat sugar-free chocolate ice cream
  • 0.75 (14 ounce) can red cherries, pitted
  • 14 cup skim milk
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Drain cherries.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Cover and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 small glasses.
  5. Serve immediately.
