Instructions
- Peel and pit avocado.
- Place all ingredients (except chopped nuts for garnish) in a food processor and pulse until mixture is very creamy (about 1 minute). Taste, and add more agave if desired.
- Top with chopped pistachios or toasted almonds and enjoy!
