Ingredients

  • two tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • one tablespoon prepared mustard
  • one teaspoon lemon pepper spice
  • one and one/half tablespoon light soysauce
  • one pound salmon filet

Instructions

  1. mix first four ingredients, add salmon. Barbecue for five minuets, skin side down.
  2. when done, remove skin.
