Cider Pineapple Special

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. sweet apple cider
  • 2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. crushed mint leaves
  • 1 qt. ginger ale, unchilled

Instructions

  1. Pour fruit juices into a 2-quart pan.
  2. Add mint and bring to a boil.
  3. Strain.
  4. Bring to a boil again.
  5. Add ginger ale and serve at once.
  6. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
