Cider Tapioca

Ingredients

  • 4 c. cider
  • 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix and let stand
  2. 5 to 10 minutes before cooking.
  3. Sometimes I add lemon rind or, for a different texture, add a grated or chopped apple and then cook.
  4. Good warm or cold.
  5. Excellent with cream.
