Ingredients

  • 6 tortilla shells
  • oil
  • sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat deep fryer to 450 degrees.
  2. Slice tortillas into strips and deep fry until crispy golden brown.
  3. Put cinnamon and sugar in plastic baggie and shake up to mix.
  4. Put tortilla strips in baggie while still warm and shake well.
