Cinnamon Dough

Instructions
- Mix flour, salt and cinnamon in bowl, making a well in the center.
- Pour in water.
- Mix with hands until dough forms a ball (may need to add flour or water).
- Knead on lightly floured board until smooth and satiny (about 5 minutes).
- Wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes before using.
- Model with it (3/4 inch thick for ornaments).
- To add small pieces, moisten with water and press on. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, until hard.
- Sandpaper and varnish when cool.
- This dough smells good, but it's not for eating.
