Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana or 1/2 c.frozen mango slices
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. frozen fruit of your choice: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, pineapple chunks, etc.

Instructions

  1. Blend well until smooth.
  2. Feel free to experiment, adding a touch of vanilla or your other favorite flavor to taste.
