Classic Truffle

Instructions
- Heat cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and pour over chocolate.
- Stir until all chocolate is melted and candy is well blended.
- Add oil flavoring.
- Refrigerate until mixture is firm enough to roll into balls.
- Roll truffle mixture into balls using approximately 2 tablespoons of candy.
- Refrigerate balls of candy approximately 5 minutes.
- Melt another pound of chocolate for dipping in top of double boiler.
- Dip balls, one at a time, into chocolate.
- Cool on piece of wax paper.
