Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup canned sweetened coconut cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • fresh pineapple chunk

Instructions

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into brandy snifters.
  4. Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and serve.
