Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can cocoa
  • 1 c. vegetable shortening

Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa and shortening.
  2. Mash into paste.
  3. Place paste in a container and cover.
  4. Chill until ready to use.
  5. Two tablespoons of the mixture equals 1 ounce or 1 square unsweetened chocolate.
