Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla soymilk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free mocha instant coffee

Instructions

  1. Chunk up the frozen banana into your blender.
  2. Add the soymilk and the mocha.
  3. Whir until the banana is smooth.
  4. Serve cold.
