Cooked Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower in a pot with water, about 8 to 10 minutes. Lift carefully from pot to a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Pour melted margarine over cauliflower; sprinkle salt and pepper.
