Corncob Syrup
Ingredients
- 12 large red corncobs ⓘ
- 10 lb. sugar
Instructions
- Boil cobs in 2 gallons water until soft.
- Remove cobs; strain liquid.
- Add sugar.
- Boil down to 1 1/2 gallons.
- Store in quart jars.
