Corny Potato Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • enough oil to fry potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, fry potatoes with salt and pepper until brown. Stir in corn and corned beef until hot.
  2. Serves 4 to 6 people.
