Ingredients

  • 1 (28 ounce) package frozen hash browns
  • 2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (2 ounce) package real bacon bits
  • 2 (1 ounce) packages ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Combine hash browns, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl; stir until mixed. Pour into a 9x12-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are golden brown and cooked through, 45 to 60 minutes.
