Cranberry Minty Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1/4 c. stemmed mint leaves
  • 1 3/4 c. jellied cranberry sauce
  • 4 c. ginger ale, chilled
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberry juice, mint and cranberry sauce in an electric blender; whirl until smooth.
  2. Chill until ready to serve. At serving time, pour over ice in a large pitcher or small punch bowl.
  3. Slowly stir in ginger ale.
  4. Serve in punch cups.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs.
  6. Yield: 10 servings.
