Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dark rum
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice; cover and shake briskly.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass; garnish with a lime twist.
