Ingredients

  • 4 oz. (1.2 c.) good quality dark stout or porter beer or nonalcoholic beer
  • 4 oz. (1/2 c.) chilled ginger ale or ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Place dark stout beer in a serving glass.
  2. Pour ginger ale atop. Makes 1 (8-ounce) serving.
