Ingredients

  • 14 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 34 cup Splenda granular, powdered in blender

Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa and powdered Splenda.
  2. Stir in half and half, one teaspoonful at a time until you get the correct consistency.
  3. Do not add it all at once or you'll end up with soup.
  4. Will cover approximately 10 donuts.
