- Slice pickles.
- Layer with ice in ice chest or crock.
- Let set one day.
- Drain.
- Layer pickles, spices, garlic and sugar.
- Pour Tabasco and vinegar over layers.
- Cover and let set for three days, stirring once a day.
- Pack into jars.
- No processing necessary.
