Diet Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip
  • 1 lb. whole strawberries or frozen sugarless strawberries

Instructions

  1. Break up cake.
  2. Put in 13 x 16-inch pan.
  3. Put mashed berries over cake.
  4. Boil 1 1/2 cups water.
  5. Put in Jell-O and mix.
  6. Mix Jell-O and Cool Whip.
  7. Pour over cake.
  8. Put more Cool Whip on top. Keep in refrigerator.
