Dinner Grits

- In a medium sauce pan on medium heat, saute bacon and leeks until soft.
- Add water and bouillon and bring to a boil on high heat.
- Whisk in the grits and reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, stir in the cayenne pepper (if using) and let sit for 5 minutes.
- I suggest trying this with the cayenne the first time, then you can adjust the spice level to your taste. I used as little as possible to keep the flavor.
