Ingredients

  • cherry cake mix (Duncan Hines cherry supreme), mixed as directed and cooled 25 minutes
  • 1 small box cherry Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cool water

Instructions

  1. Let Jell-O, boiling water and cool water set at room temperature.
  2. Punch holes 1/2-inch apart and pour liquid over cake.
  3. Refrigerate while making icing.
