Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Boil first 3 ingredients until a soft ball can be rolled between fingers.
  2. Add vanilla and large piece of butter.
  3. Set in cool place without stirring until perfectly cold.
  4. Beat until stiff and drop on oil paper.
  5. Transfer to cake.
