Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 medium red apple

Instructions

  1. Cut and peal your apple in bite size pieces
  2. Add your cinnamon and water
  3. Pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds in intervals of 15 so 15 seconds stir and again 15 seconds
