Easy Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. liquid smoke
  • 4 to 5 lb. brisket, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Put all ingredients in bottom of foil lined pan.
  3. Close foil tightly and bake for 2 or 3 hours or until brisket is tender.
  4. Let set for 10 minutes, then slice and eat.
