Easy Cherry Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 c. whole, pitted, crushed cherries (juice)
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 roll Pillsbury "big" biscuits

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed cherries and 1/2 of the juice with sugar, until partially thick.
  2. Open biscuits and place on greased baking sheet.
  3. Press flat part of thumb in middle of biscuits, dip 1 tablespoon cherry mixture into each biscuit.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°.
  5. Bake 17 to 18 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Top with vanilla ice cream.
