Ingredients

  • 1 qt. low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream, melted
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
  • 1/4 c. dark rum
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In pitcher, whisk together first three ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
