Ingredients

  • 7 tea bags
  • rind of 3 lemons
  • juice of 7 lemons
  • 8 c. cold water
  • 12 sprigs mint

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea, mint and lemon rind in the boiling water for 12 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea, mint and lemon rind from the water.
  3. Add the lemon juice and sugar and strain.
  4. Add the cold water.
  5. Makes 1 gallon.
