Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh unpeeled figs, stemmed and sliced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can mandarins with packing syrup
  • 5 Tbsp. finely grated unsweetened coconut
  • 5 Tbsp. mandarin juice
  • 1 tsp. mandarin peel in syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Gently mix together figs, mandarins and coconut.
  2. Add mandarin juice, peel and sugar.
  3. Chill.
  4. This must be served the same day it is prepared.
  5. Serves 4.
