Ingredients

  • 3 cups black tea, freshly brewed
  • 8 ounces good dried mission figs

Instructions

  1. Make some good strong black tea. Add whole figs and let tea cool to room temperature, then put the whole kit-and-kabbodle in the refrigerator overnight. Strain and drink chilled.
  2. The figs are still good to eat, we roasted them with potatoes and rosemary.
