Five Spice Pistachios

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons orange juice
  • 6 cups unsalted shelled pistachios
  • 6 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
  • 4 teaspoons sea salt (or kosher salt)

Instructions

  1. Whisk orange juice & spices in a large bowl.
  2. Add pistachios & toss well to coat.
  3. Spread on 2 parchment lined rimmed baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 250F for about 45 minutes, stir every 15 minutes.
  5. Nuts should be dry.
  6. Cool & store in airtight container.
