Five-Spice Rice Pudding

- Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan, add rice, stir until boil returns, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 mins.
- When rice is done add milk, stir well, add dry ingredients and stir well again. Simmer 15-20 mins or until mixture has thickened
- somewhat, stirring very frequently.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, put into bowl, refrigerate uncovered for at least half an hour.
