Ingredients

  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet

Instructions

  1. Take liquid from oranges.
  2. Add water to make 1 cup.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
  4. Stir in liquid from orange sections (1 cup).
  5. Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
  6. Beat until foamy; add the 1 pint sherbet.
  7. Beat until well blended. Fold in orange sections.
  8. Pour into 2-quart mold and chill.
