Instructions
- Take liquid from oranges.
- Add water to make 1 cup.
- Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
- Stir in liquid from orange sections (1 cup).
- Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
- Beat until foamy; add the 1 pint sherbet.
- Beat until well blended. Fold in orange sections.
- Pour into 2-quart mold and chill.
