Foil Catfish

Ingredients

  • 1 catfish fillet per Scout
  • 2 cloves garlic per patrol
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Place each fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Put two pats of butter on each fillet, then slice garlic over it to taste. Wrap the foil and place on coals for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. For easier cleanup, prepare vegetables and potatoes in separate foil packs. (Works with almost any fish.
  4. Spaghetti sauce may be substituted for butter and garlic.
  5. For milder flavor, substitute onion for the garlic.)
