Foolproof Italian Bread

Instructions
- Heat water, sugar and salt until it feels very warm on wrist. Add yeast and let sit for a few minutes until yeast works.
- Pour into large bowl or pot.
- Add in flour, saving some out for kneading process.
- After flour is mixed in, dump onto floured board or counter and knead until elastic.
- Knead in flour as needed.
- Let rise in pot until doubled.
- Punch down and shape into three loaves.
- Let rise 1/2 hour on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and rub butter over top.
- This works great when sliced for individual pizzas.
