Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • sherbet or ice cream of your choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake horizontally into two layers.
  2. Spread sherbet or ice cream between the layers.
  3. Place the top layer back on the ice cream-filled layer.
  4. Fill the center hole of the cake with more ice cream or sherbet.
  5. Use Cool Whip to frost the outside and top of the cake.
